ACCU Nara organised the International Seminar at Nara Pref. New Public Hall on 30 January 2010. The title was "Celebrating the 1300th Anniversary of Nara Heijo-kyo Capital-Considering Two Ancient Capitals in Nara and Hanoi: the 1300th and 1000th Anniversary-".
