ACCU Nara Office, Agency for Cultural Affairs and Tokyo National Institute for Cultural Properties including a few other institutions jointly organised the international conference on 'Present Situation and Challenges Regarding Human Resource Development for Cultural Heritage Protection in the Asia-Pacific Region' from 15 to 17 December 2016. Case studies from 6 countries including Nepal and Fiji were presented and the general discussion was held among experts from Japan and overseas.
