World Heritage Class was held at Horyuji Kokusai High School.

On Monday, 8 September, a World Heritage Class was held at Horyuji Kokusai High School for 38 third-year students.
We invited freelance announcer and “World Heritage enthusiast”, Ms Kubo Michiyo, to lecture about the World Heritage system.
The school is located close to the World Heritage site, Horyuji Temple, and has hosted World Heritage Class for 21 years.
The students enjoyed quizzes and were able to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing World Heritage Sites, such as overtourism and World Heritage in Danger.
